What we look for in a manufacturing partner.
- 1.European-based (Italy, Germany, France, Spain, Netherlands)
- 2.GMP-certified at minimum; FDA-registered preferred
- 3.Existing formulations we can launch within 60 days
- 4.Flexibility on MOQs for new SKU testing (250–1,000 units to start)
- 5.Comfortable with revenue-share commercial terms in addition to standard production cost
What partnership means in practice.
One CDMO per category. We work with one manufacturer per major category (magnesium, collagen, probiotics, etc.) for as long as the relationship is working. We don't multi-source to commoditize you.
Existing formulations only. We don't ask you to develop new products. We launch brands using your existing, proven, stability-tested catalogue.
Revenue share, not retainer. You receive standard production cost plus a share of net brand revenue. No upfront fees. No commitments beyond purchase orders.
